Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that the Board of Directors on 29/03/1436H (corresponding to 20/01/2015G) appointed Eng. Abdulaziz Bin Abdallah Al Sugair as Board Member for the vacant seat (Independent), this appointment will be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval.
Note that Eng. Abdulaziz Bin Abdallah Al Sugair hold a bachelors degree in electrical and electronics engineering from University of London and a master degree in electrical engineering from University of California. Eng. Abdulaziz Al Sugair is currently the chairman of the Saudi Telecom Company. He previously served as the CEO of the Saudi Electricity Company and the CEO of the Advanced Electronic Company.
Eng. Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Al Sugair was a member of Maaden Board during the period from 25/10/2011G to 24/10/2014G
