All of Ma’aden’s activities are underpinned by strong governance principles, robust risk management and a commitment to comply with all relevant local and international standards.

Our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) framework sets out our company-wide approach to responding to these issues with consistency and transparency. Our GRC Committee provides oversight across Ma’aden and its affiliates to oversee performance, develop and maintain our regulatory framework, and properly identify, prioritize, and manage all compliance issues.
