Ma’aden Suggestion System, built upon our existing web-based system and was made to Ma'aden employees to submit ideas that generate identifiable improvements. In 2020, it was rolled-out across all of our operations, and was broadened to strengthen employees’ voices in our decision-making processes. In 2020, we received 2483 suggestions from employees.
As a result, we are now seeing greater levels of communication between employees and departments, on issues such as health and safety, improving processes and driving up the quality of our operations.
We see this as an incredible resource of knowledge, commitment and experience. We will continue to strengthen not just the ability of employees to contribute, but also the ability of managers to evaluate their suggestions and respond to them.
