Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that The Board has recommended yesterday Wednesday 31/01/2018, to the Annual General Assembly that no dividend shall be distributed to shareholders for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.
The Board attributed the decision to Maaden continued investment in executing ongoing projects.
