Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that a Board of Directors meeting was held on Wednesday 10/04/1437H (corresponding to 20/01/2016), and it was resolved that the Board would recommend to the General Assembly that no dividends will be distributed for the fiscal year 2015.
The Board recommendation not to distribute dividends for the fiscal year 2015 is due to the fact that Maaden is still in the process of developing and financing its major projects.
