The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (the Company) announces that the period for subscription for the New Shares amounted to 243,478,261 shares has ended.
As previously announced, during the First and the Second Subscription Period, which started on Tuesday 25/01/1436H. (corresponding to 18/11/2014G) and ended at the end of day on Tuesday 10/02/1436H (corresponding to 02/12/2014G), the number of subscribed shares amounted to 228,785,656 at the value SAR 5,262,070,088 representing a coverage percentage of 93.97% of the New Shares.
In addition, the Company announces the end of the Rump Offering period at 10:00 AM on Monday 16/02/1436H (corresponding to 08/12/2014G). During this period, 14,692,605 shares have been offered to Institutional Investors. The offering coverage percentage was 345%, and the average subscription price was SAR 28.21. The total amount for the subscription of the rump shares subscription and fractional shares amounted to SAR 414,453,995.50. In addition, the net value for the compensation to the holders of rights which were not exercised and fractional shares amounted to SAR 76,524,080.50.
The newly issued shares will be deposited into the shareholders portfolios on Sunday 22/02/1436H (corresponding to 14/12/2014G).
