Further to the companys announcement published on Tadawul website on 09-12-2014 related to the resignation of its Board Member. It is mentioned that the (Board Member, Mr. Soliman Bin Saad Al Humyyed (Independent) has submitted his resignation on Sunday 17/02/1436H (corresponding to 09/12/2014G) from his position as an independent director of Maaden Board of Directors with an immediate effect, due to his recent appointment as the Minister of Social Affairs).
