Ma'aden participated as a diamond sponsor in the 2022 Fertilizer Latino Americano Conference, held in Miami, USA, from March 21-23. The conference is one of the largest within the agricultural fertilizer market.
Ma’aden’s participation stems from its ongoing goal to expand its presence in the global fertilizer market, in line with its wider strategic business objectives and ambitions. During the event, Ma’aden delegates engaged with current and potential customers as well as relevant authorities to discuss the most prominent challenges and opportunities facing the industry in the Latin American region.
Ma’aden entered the Brazilian market in 2014 and is now considered one of the most reliable suppliers therein, with plans for further expansion. Brazil is one of the largest importers of phosphate fertilizers globally, and Latin America more broadly accounts for 20% of global fertilizer consumption.
