Ma’aden encourages “speak up” culture and urges its suppliers to report matters that would be considered a violation of our values, policies, or applicable regulations.
For technical issues or other registration concerns, suppliers should raise these concerns directly with SRM, contract owners, or Procurement.
In addition, suppliers should always report suspected violations of breaches of our Code, Supplier Code of Conduct or applicable laws and regulations to Ma’aden’s independent whistleblower hotline.
Ma’aden has a strict anti-retaliation policy. Ma’aden will not tolerate retaliation of any kind directed against anyone who in good faith reports a violation of the Code, other policies or properly raises a legal or ethical concern.
