Program Overview
Ma'aden Traineeship Program is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required for entry-level positions in the mining industry streams for aspiring female professionals in collaboration with our esteemed partner Institutes. Upon successful completion of the program, Participants will have the opportunity to vie for the kick-off of their careers at Ma'aden.

To Apply you must be:
- A Female Saudi national
- 25 years old or younger
- Have a Diploma degree (Minimum GPA 2.5 out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5) OR a high school certificate (Minimum GPA not less than 80%)
- Successful completion of English language test, personal interview, and medical examination
Available Career Tracks:
- Technical Track: Operator, Electrical Technician, Laboratory Technician
- Administrative Track: Administrative Assistant, Industrial Security
