Further to the companys announcement on Tadawul on 05/06/1436H (corresponding to 25/03/2015G), related to the periodic prescheduled maintenance of the plant production units of its affiliate, Sahara and Maaden Petrochemical Company (SAMAPCO) the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces the completion of the Periodic prescheduled maintenance which took around 22 days and the restart of the plant production units.
The Periodic prescheduled maintenance had no impact on the Companys ability to meet its obligations towards its customer and had no significant financial impact.
SAMAPCO is a limited liability company, jointly owned 50:50 by Maaden and Sahara.
