FURTHER TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF SAUDI ARABIAN MINING COMPANY (MAADEN) RELATED TO ITS SUBSIDIARY MAADEN PHOSPHATE COMPANYS (MPC) SHUT DOWN OF ITS AMMONIA PLANT FOR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Further to the companys announcement on Tadawul on 01/04/1436H (corresponding to 21/01/2015G), the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that its subsidiary Maaden Phosphate Company (MPC) has resumed its operations of the ammonia plant located in Companys complex at Ras Al Khair city on Friday 01/05/1436H (corresponding to 20/02/2015G).

The scheduled maintenance had no impact on the Companys ability to meet its obligations towards its customer and had no significant financial impact.

MPC is a limited liability company co-owned by (Maaden) (70%) and Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) (30%).
