Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that the Board of Directors meeting was held on Tuesday 29/03/1436H (corresponding to 20/01/2015). The Board has decided to recommend to the General Assembly that no dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2014.
The Board recommendation not to distribute dividends for the fiscal year 2014 is due to the fact that Maaden is still in the process of developing and financing its major projects.
