Board of Directors of Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) meeting was held on Sunday 02/01/1436H (corresponding 26/10/2014G). The Board has appointed Eng. Abdullah bin Saif Al Saif as Chairman for the Board. Eng. Abdullah bin Saif Al Saif has been appointed for his Third term which started on 25/10/2014G and for the period of three years; In addition, the Board of Directors have formed and assigned members to the following committees (Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee), in accordance to the duties and authorities of each committee.
