Further to the Companys announcement on Tadawul on 14/06/1435H (corresponding to 14/04/2014G), Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces that one of the reasons for the increase in net income for the first quarter 2014 compare to the previse quarter is due the decrease in other expense in the first quarter of 2014 compare to the previse quarter.
